Q. I have a monogram that I would like to include in my wedding invitation. Can you do this?
A. Yes. Simply send us a black and white vector art file of the image. We accept .ai, .eps, .psd or .jpeg files.

Q. I would like my wedding invitation printed in a different language. Can you do this?
A. Absolutely! For text in the Roman alphabet, please send us the text in Microsoft Word and we will typeset it for you. For text that is in a different alphabet, please send us a vector art file.

Q. I like one of your designs, but want to change the shape of the card or adjust the placement of the artwork to make room for my text. Is this possible?
A. Of course! You can change the orientation (horizontal or vertical), the size, and the shape of the card. Please contact us to discuss your ideas.

Q. I am a designer and would like to design my own wedding invitation. Will you print them for me?
A. Absolutely. Please send us the specifications and a PDF so that we can provide you with a printing quote.

APPOINTMENTS

Q. Do you take appointments in person?
A. Hello & Co. is online nationwide at your convenience — 7 days a week. It is quite wonderful what can be accomplished over the internet these days. In order to keep our prices as competitive as they are, we do not have the overhead of storefronts. However, samples can be mailed directly to you, and our designers will work closely with you from start to finish of your order.

ECO-FRIENDLY INVITATIONS AND GIFTS.

Q. I am having a “green” wedding and would like to have my invitations printed on recycled paper. Is that an option?
A. YES! At Hello & Co., we are utilizing highly renewable plants such as bamboo or harvested birch—or we look for papers that don’t use trees in the first place. Cotton, grass, plant fibers and even vegetables. Tree-free is the ultimate eco-friendly material found in many of our papers. Our most prominent papers being 100% cotton which is produced by paper mill’s that are powered by green energy. All green products are marked with the acorn/leaf symbol. If you see an invitation that you like that does not have the green symbol and would like that design printed on recycled paper, please email us your request and we will be happy to comply. Q. Do you offer eco-friendly gifts and accessories too?
A. Actually, most of the items that Hello & Co. carry are carefully selected due to the fact that they are crafted from recycled, repurposed or reclaimed material.

OFFSET OR LETTERPRESS?

Hello & Co. offers offset (flat) printing as well as letterpress. Offset printing is more economical and printed according to our very high standards, but when it comes to stationery, there’s simply nothing that compares to the unique, handmade quality of letterpress. Steeped in craft and tradition, the letterpress process results in stationery of exceptional beauty and authenticity. This in turn gives a thoughtful, personal touch to our correspondence and our special occasions.

As a reminder, letterpress printing is an artisanal craft and slight variations and irregularities are to be expected. Please note that we use mould-made papers and hand-mixed inks that vary slightly from batch to batch.

RUSH ORDERS.

Q. I need my invitations in less than 4 weeks. Do you accept rush orders?
A. Of course. Rush orders can be made if your order must be received in under 4 weeks for a 20% fee of your total cost.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY.

Q. What is your return and cancellation policy?
A. Hello & Co. is fully committed to providing the highest quality wedding invitations, greeting cards, gifts and stationery. We stand by the quality of our product. If you are not satisfied with our product for any reason within our control, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase to initiate the exchange or return process. However, refunds are not available for design services rendered on custom orders, invitations that have received final approval, or personalized stationery and engraved gifts.

Please note that we cannot accept returns due to customer input errors (e.g. typos), and that in approving your final proof you accept responsibility for any errors. If errors are discovered after proof approval, we are required to charge for a reprint.

In the event of a Hello & Co. error, we will do everything possible to remedy the error, up to and including reprinting. Once we are notified of an error, we will offer you a refund, credit towards a future purchase, or exchange with the quickest shipping possible.

There is a cancellation charge of 20% of your order should you decide to cancel before approving your final proof. Once your final proof is approved, there are no cancellations, and no refunds.
